The listing, Purple stone & clear stone real?? sz 7 has ended.

When I was given this, I was told it was real. There is an 11 marking on the inside.
If it is real I would say Amethyst & Diamond
I would also say it is gold plated not solid because of a little wear in color at the bottom of the ring.
I got it about 10 or 11 years ago...it was a gift from ex ... time to off load! LOL
