Does it include instructions for sizing and variations like a strapless version as well or only the one pictured? Also does it include a printed pattern or just written instructions?

the straps aren't added until the end so u can just choose not to add the straps if you'd like. there's no sizings only becuase you'd have to customize it to your own demensions and size. it's written with step by step with pictures showing every step as well
