I just tried it the other day and i'm hooked....It does not have any of the harsh stuff in it....it is shampoo and conditioner in one.....It will not lather much because it doens't have phosphates, i believe it is, which is bad for your hair....I didn't think i would like it, but my hair that is very thick and dry, turned out so soft and pretty! I love this stuff!
