Windows 7 is an operating system, not a brand, or model, of computer. The primary brands are Toshiba, Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.

If your laptop is Toshiba then this charger may work. I can't guarantee that the charger will fit your laptop though. Try Googling the model number of the charger and see if your computer is listed as one of the compatible models. If you're not sure how to match up chargers to laptops I can figure it out. It's not hard for me, I deal with computer parts and model numbers all the time. :)
