I ship this in an envelope at my expense, however in the past the postman added an extra charge the buyer is responsible for.

the postman doesnt just add an extra expensive. If this was in a bubble mailer or any kind of envelope, its considered bulk. This will be 1.81 to mail properly with no problems. I have mailed over 3000 items, I know my shipping lol
