Could I ask a silly question? Why does the ring not fall off if it's not a complete circle? And in the photo, it looks like the pretty part is on the underside?

Honey I'm not really understanding what you mean. I tried the ring on myself when I first bought it. It fits like any other ring. The entire blue enamel and the tale of the animal are all on top of your finger, so you can see all of the blue enamel, and the tale too. It is "spread apart" a little bit to give you the "Effect" of an animal encircling your finger. The ring is an entire circle.

Honestly i don't know myself. At first I thought it was a leopard, but I looked closer at the face and with the way the tale wraps around, I think it maybe more like a dragon or something. I bought it because it was so unique looking. And different than any other jewelry I have seen lately.

I have looked closely at the ring myself, maybe we all see the animal "we want to". LOL.....I originally thought it was a leopard when I bought it, and now I think possibly a dragon....But I don't think an alligator only because of its face. I see the snout or nose and its eye, but it doesn't look mean with teeth and all.....LOL

I will go to the jewelry store by Saturday to get the correct size....I've been working alot of OT, and haven't had the chance yet.........Thank You to Everyone who has been looking at my auction!!
