some where in the front it should list the publisher and the edition and date will not be exact but from that it can be surmised if it was a first edition publishing

There is no publisher and date other than the dates on front cover. This is a pamphlet so most of those have no dates other than advertising the event. The dates of the event says February 22 through Thanksgiving day in 1932. Looks like the event was to be held in every State. All that I tell by its age is that it was in with some other items that were dated back to the 30' and 40's
