I have just checked the site and I see that yes there is a 9% service charge. I am sorry about that but I was not aware of it. I have a physical card because it was a free offer in Maxim this month but was offering the code to cut out shipping cost. I did not purchase this card. I do not know how to get your credits back but I will be happy to return them if I can when the auction is over.
