Questions & Comments
The battery inside the game itself, a button cell battery, saves the game information. If you shut your unit off and not save on the game itself, you will have to start over. When you press "start" on your Gameboy system. it will give you options, one of them saying "save game" or however it states it on the game itself. Choose that, and it will save your game. That is what they are meaning if the save file still works on the game cartridge :) Hope that helps you.
what I have been told from listia comments. it will save until the batteries run out. as long as you change your batteries, u should be fine. also I have a game boy listed.
You should take Spiritchaser09's advice and play it a little (or goodness, even walk forward like ten steps or so or simply go inside a house or something simple) and save the game. If it saves, let us know! I have 10,000+ credits coming my way in about an hour, and I am only interested in bidding on this if it saves! :)
No, you have to test it. Here's what you do: 1. Play the game to a point where you can save. 2. Save the game, then turn your gameboy off 3. Leave it off for an hour. 4. Turn it back on and get to the game selection screen 5. Take a picture of it saying "Continue" above "New Game" That way, you let the bidders know that it saves.
