This is a size Medium dog harness. I bought it for my dog; but he out grew it very qucikly. I would say it would be for a dog who weighs 20 to 30 pounds. Has velcro closers.

Shipping:
Free Shipping. I will mail these out from my house, so they will not include a confirmation number. I may be able toi get a confirmation number. But I am not promising one.

I DO NOT give refunds. I tell you everything I know about the item. It is your decision on whether or not you want to bid or not. I have given refunds in the past; and never received my item back. So Sorry; but no more refunds.
Now if you decide that you don't want it before I ship the item out; then I will consider a refund. But that is the only way.
