The listing, Juniors Floral Dress/Shirt NWOT has ended.

Brand new, only wore it to try on. I took the tags off. This is such a cute item, it pains me to give it away. It is a Tracey Feith Floral Dress/Shirt size 13. It seems to be too short for a dress, but would look nice with leggings. It does convert to strapless and the straps are adjustable. Zipper on the side makes it easy for you to take it on and off.
