The listing, Very Pretty Sparkley, Peridot and Diamond Earrings! has ended.

Beautiful shiney hoop style earrings. They are 8kt gold over sterling silver. They are supposed to be peridot and diamonds. But they look darker to me, more like jade, but very pretty either way.
They are in excellent shape. I love them, but have way too many sets of earrings, and instead of leaving them in a jewelry box, I thought someone else might be able to get some use out of them.
I tried to get a good shot of the stamp on the inside of the earrings. I hope it's clear enough to see.

Beautiful earrings!! However, I truly believe someone got the tags mixed up!! They really look like emeralds to me & everyone knows that emeralds are far more valuable that peridots any day!! Wow!! I bet you got a bargain!! I've looked at each picture closely and they appear to be high quality emeralds too!! I'm not a gemologist, but I have studied gems as a hobby & also love jewelry. Have lots of it. I have a rather large Colombian emerald ring & the stones in these earrings look like it!! The other stones in the earrings look like real diamonds too. Sure you want to part with these beauties? Fanned & watching!! :)

Thank you. I know they are supposed to be light green, but thats what the tag said when I bought them. Peridot and diamond earrings. So, I am just going by what the tag said, They were brand new when I bought them, I had originally bought them for my daughter, as that is her birthstone, but her ears closed up, so I kept them. My birthstone is a ruby, so I hardly ever wore them. Thank you for commenting. =0)
