Here is a cell phone case that you would use in your vehicle. The long strap you put inside one of your vents and then the case hangs. The case is made by "Case Logic and will hold almost any size cell phone, for the sides are elastic. It measures: 4 x 2.25 x 1/2 inches expandable to over 2.5 inches.
