Description

The listing, Film and Slide to digital Converter has ended.

I bought this converter for $99, never used it, then got a new laptop w/ Windows 7. Now I can't use it, since it isn't compatible with Win7. I cannnot speak to the quality of output since I have never used it and can't even try it now. I do know it is new, in the box and not damaged. I had to buy a scanner to use w/negatives. This will only work with Windows XP and Windows Vista, it is not compatible with Mac OS. All the specs are in the photos. Winning bidder will pay shipping of $10 through Paypal. Thanks for looking.

I'm new to this and just listed it yesterday. I'd like to wait and see if there is any bidding first. I'll keep you in mind though if not.

This is info I found at www.techchee.com...
It’s pretty easy to use, just place slides and negatives into a tray that aligns eash properly. Touch the button, the image will then get scanned instantly . Thanks to its 5MP CMOS sensor, which provides 10 bits per color channel for data conversion, and uses fixed focus and automatic exposure control and color balance, resulting in clear digital images without loss of resolution.
It can scan images up to 1829 dpi. It comes with USB cable, which you can just plug it to your PC’s USB port for transfering scanned images.

Thanks. I thought it was cool when I bought it, but never got 'around to it'. Finally when I needed it last month...it wouldn't work with my computer running Win7. I was so disappointed...and had to spend $200 for a scanner for prints/negatives. Ugh!

You keep stating that you had to buy a scanner, does this not convert negatives to digi without something else we would need to also buy? Thank you

This converter does not work with Windows 7...only Vista and Win XP. My new laptop is Win 7, hence the reason I had to buy a scanner and am selling this. No need to buy anything else if you have the right operating system. Thanks

This is the 21c Film and Slide converter. After reading the review on Amazon, I'm glad I'm out of the running!

I read that review, but it is only one person. I found other reviews of it being a good converter. I also stated that I never got to use it and don't know the output. I thought $10 for a $100 unused item was fair.

Okay, I looked over the rules of Listia and think I am okay in doing this.... since this has reached +700, I have decided to send this **FREE SHIPPING** I have stated several times I have no knowledge of how well the output of this converter is since I have no computer with the right operating system to use it with now. So, with the credits going up...I would like to offer FREE SHIPPING now.
