Food Storage Essential

6 1/2 Gallon Ziplock Pouch Mylar Food Storage Bag (5 mils thick)

Great for your SHTF prepping!!!

Mylar food storage bags are an integral component of any good food storage systems and has been used for many years. Food grade metalized mylar bags are used for lining food storage pails. Mylar bags create an oxygen barrier to protect food during extended long-term food storage. Mylar bags for food storage can be sealed with a standard heat sealing unit or with an ordinary clothes iron.

These bags are able to stand up on one sealed end with a Ziplock on the other end and do not require heat sealing for short-term storage but do for long-term storage.

Will gently fold and wrap in cellophane and place in kraft envelope to mail w/o delivery confirmation
Retail: Priceless in a true Emergency!!!!

These bags are great. I have used them to store things like frosted flakes, apple jacks, powdered milk, freeze dried fruit. You can fit about 7-8 bags in a five gallon bucket. Then you don't have to worry about gamma seals and all that. These work better than the 5-6 gallon mylar bags because you aren't opening as much food at one time. What I do is, fill the 1/2 gallon bags then place an oxygen absorber in them. Then put a few in the 5 gallon bucket. Then throw a hot hands in the 5 gallon bucket for added measure in case there is an invisible hole in one of the bags.

Awesome thanks! Do you have more for future auctions? Also...any chance on free shipping with future auctions?

It will depend on what the item is. If it is light weight enough for me to go ahead and ship, I will. But because most of my auctions are so low to start, I generally won't do free shipping. BUT shipping is at cost and no profit to me.

I am thinking about listing ammo cans but need to look for cheap shipping options. Ammo cans are good for storing batteries, medicines, and AMMO....... Let me know your thoughts....
