me too, i feel closer to the earth because i give as well as take i have planted some of these herbs myself and more that im waiting on to go in. i make compost out what i cant use so it all gos back in.

lol i sell them as well for 2.00 bucks but thats 1 dollar for the postage and 1 dollar for the pouch to buy more fabric

Can you do a mixture of herbs? How long does this last and what exactly do you use it for?

I can do any mix of the herbs in the list. I use it like a stress ball and take deep bre p.mixed herbs together make a nice relaxing scent that you inhale by taking deep breaths that also help.
