Sorry to tell you but it says in the rules that you cannot say you are not responsible for the item not getting there. I've had a few lost in the mail and even with a delivery conformation I had to return credits.

I know. But at the same time, I look at it this way---if I use my credits to get something and I get nothing, I would be real mad. So someone has to take the fall. I'd rather return the credits if someone doesn't get their item and know that I will get my credits back if I don't get what I bid on.
