THese phones are free of any scratches or marks. They will come with a brand new charger and leather case, 2 brand new batteries. Clean ESN these phones are super nice and ready to go on sprint contract as soon as you recieve them. I am only getting rid of these becasue my husband and I upgraded.

can you put them on any other plans besides sprint

you would have to call and ask whoever you wanted to go with. I had them with sprint so i'm not sure if they can be used on any other plan.
