The listing, *iPod Classic 120 Gig* Apple iPod - Black, great condition, 120gb mp3 itunes music digital music has ended.

***UPDATE: If you like this, be sure to bid. If it doesn't sell, I WILL NOT be re-listing it. I know someone who is interested in it and It'll go to CraigsList or eBay... But if someone wins it on Listia, they WILL get it...***

Up for bids: An Apple 120gb iPod Classic - Black, in execllent condition. Bought new about 1.5 yrs ago. Has had the Zagg Body Armor on it since day one .. that's what you're seeing in the pictures... Only place it has any marks at all is on the corners because the Zagg Body Armor doesn't cover those.

Works perfectly, no dead pixels on the screen that I can see... As with any iPod Classic, you can use the hard drive to store files like a giant flash drive as well!

Don't miss out on this!

Comes with the Dock (original box)
and the original iPod box...
and sync cable... You'll have to get your own earbuds because I think that used earbuds are GROSS...

Shipping is FREE in the USA!

BTW, if YOU see someone spamming Listia comments with SuperPoints.com links, you can report them by emailing support[at]superpoints.com as they are violating SuperPoints TOS ... That's what I did with compton81 who is user 'danyjl94' on SuperPoints.

I think your asking price is more then fair, even at what its at right now. These models are very popular cause of their large hard drives, and last i checked they were a little over $200 at walmart.

@mojobadge, the Rewards store prices are at that price because your paying an extra premium to get the item right then, verse bidding on their auctions. So if Listia has a $50 Amazon gift card auction, which they do daily, and it ends at 25k credits, is that the current credit value, or is it the Rewards store? And if its the Rewards store, why that and not the auctions? As you can see, a majority of the Rewards store items go unpurchased, were the auction items typically get dozens of bids every day. You have to go by an average of hundreds or thousands of auctions, not what anyone asks for a GIN. Doesnt matter if its listia or me. So if Listia puts up a $50 gift card tomorrow for 2 million credits, then that means thats the new credit value? No of course not, because no one will buy it. You go off of what people have bought, and actual ending values of auctions, not a small handful of asking prices in a Rewards Store. You'll see what im saying after you have more time on the site Mojo.
And ive seen a bunch of these exact ipod models end @50k. Go to the completed auctions and look for yourself.

25k is $50, 500 credits = $1, but theres no manual anywhere that says that, thats just based on a majority of past gift card sales. That obviously doesnt include the greedy people who ask 100,000 credits for a $100 gift card. So if someone wanted they could say 40k credits is $5 worth or $50, lol. Listia is strange like that. Nice auction though.

Actually you're wrong. Go look at reward store. $200 Xbox 360 = 160,000 credits...

40,000 = $50.00 ...

Thats just Listia's asking price, no different then yours or mine. Spend the next year watching gift card auctions like I have for the past 14 months. The AVERAGE price is 500 credits = $1. Most people I know have used that same equation for a long time. If you look at Listias regular auctions, a $50 Amazon gift card ends every day at almost the exact same price, 25-30k, and the $25 card ends usually @ 15k, its been almost the same for the past 50 something amazon gift card auctions. But if you want to use a GIN, you can go in their rewards store and pay double that. Doesnt make either one a set price that says credits = this amount of money. The other guy stating $150 was referring to what it would cost to buy those credits directly. So thats 3 different prices, rewards store, listia auctions, and credit buying prices. Which one is correct? Neither, there is no set price, pay whatever you feel something is worth basically. Its just my opinion that 500 credits = $1, it doesnt make it fact, just what im willing to pay for certain items. Helps me place more exact values, but it doesnt really mean a whole lot.

I hear you ... In Listia's case, it's a selling price also as those aren't auctions...

Even at 500 credits per dollar, my starting bid represents $80 ... not a bad price for a 120 gig iPod classic...

PS- I am going to bid towards the end, and 40k seems like a good price for a 120gb ipod, which is a ton o songs.

Good luck! If it doesn't sell, this is the only time it'll be on Listia. Next it goes to CraigsList...

This is an AMAZING auction, OldDogEyes!

As far as pricing, I would have to say that Listia creates their own spot value on credits - and a quick look at the Gift Cards in the Rewards Store shows that a $50 Gift Card is 50K credits. (10K = $10 Gift Card, 20K = $20, etc.) So 1K credits currently equals one dollar in cash value.

This exact iPod garners an EASY $100.00-150.00 in MONEY bids on eBay. In Listian terms, that's 100,000 to 150,000 credits. Your starting bid of $49.99 is MORE than fair - and I hope it reaches the MUCH higher numbers that it obviously deserves!
