This is a rebate that is good for four dollars when you purchase alcohol and ANY frozen meal that totals $4.01 or over. The BEST part of this rebate is that in select states there's no purchase necessary of the alcohol. So what it boils down to is that you purchase any one frozen meal totaling $4.01 or more and mail in this rebate and the receipt from where you bought the meal receipt dated 05/01/2012-07/09/2012 [so it can be applied if you've already bought one previously and still have your receipt :]. They will in turn mail a $4 check to you. Wish it applies where I live :o) Here are the states that no purchase of alcohol required: AL, AR, HI, KY, ME, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, VA, VT & WV. Limit one refund per household. Refund Not valid whatsoever in the following states: IN, LA, TX, & UT.
