Ok guy's I got my magnifying glass out... Obverse says.. payable in merchandise only..reg is Pat office..not transferrable..reverse says. Consolidation coal company.. has a 1 on it..not transferable.. mononga store............... I'm sure that mine was in monongahalia county... thanks again DONNIE
