Flat rate USPS shipping is the same price to Puerto Rico as any other state in the nation, no more expensive. Only UPS charges more, which is one of the many reasons why so few people use them. UPS is now mainly used by buisness's instead of people. Regular weight based USPS shipping is actually more expensive to ship to southern Texas then it is to ship to PR.
