This is an interesting top/mini dress. It comes in two parts. On the bottom is the usual black tank top/dress and then there is the shirred asymmetrical tan top/dress that drapes over the black one. One side of the tan top/dress is completely open like a poncho. The other side is a short sleeve, then it shirrs at the bottom.

Of course, you can also wear them separately. The black tank top/dress is sleeveless and comes with pockets.

Size: Not on tag, but I believe it's a small size(please see measurements below)

Approximate measurements when laid flat:

Black top/dress,
armpit to armpit - 15.5"
top to bottom - 29"

Tan top/dress,
top to bottom - 29"

There is no material indicated on the tag, but it feels like polyester or a polyester blend.

Please note that although this is a new top/dress that has only been tried on for size, there is a small ballpoint pen sized spot on the tan top/dress(see last photo).
