They were only recalled because some little kids ingested a bunch at a time. Little kids aren't meant to have these. If they do they should be under adult supervision. Arts and crafts/Toys are not meant to be ingested in any way shape or form. It's the parents' fault in the first place for not watching their kids with small objects. It says not for use for children under a certain age for that specific reason.
