The listing, Promotional Pokemon Cards has ended.

They were a promotional toy from Burger King in 1999. They are 23 Karat Gold Plated. They have some black markings on the plastic. They don't have the stand that the cards sit on, and one of them doesn't have its Pokemon ball.
