DDR2 is PC2-XXXX Ram.. The four numbers after would relate to the speed. If it says 4200 it = speed of 533 Mhz. If it says 5300 it = a speed of 667 Mhz. Therefore 5300 is faster than 4200. Hope this helps.

Because the one you are auctioning has PC2-6400 on it from the picture, it is faster than PC2-5300.
