regular admission ticket valid for one-day admission to CAROWINDS (the park) during 2012 season only. Fees for parking, food, merchandise, games, pay-per-ride attractions, special concerts or events not included. Holder assumes all risk of personal injury and loss of property and grants the Park permission to use his or her photograph or video image in advertising and other promotions without payment to the holder.
This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen, no rain checks will be issued once you enter the park; is not valid for SCarowinds(separate ticket required) or during Park rentals or special events; may be revoked (and the holder ejected from the park) at the sole discretion of management without refund if misused, or the holder violates Park policies, rules and regulations.
