This is a completely shining gold card with raised graphic design and print.
I can’t confirm, but these gold cards were said to be 23 kt gold plated.
The condition is good but it has some scratches and although it no longer has it's clear plastic case, it’s still a nice collectible Pokemon card for the Pokemon fan.
