I contacted them as soon as it happened, like 7 hours ago...I don't know how long it will take them to respond or act. I'm SOOOOO sorry about all this. I did everything I could to retrieve the earring---but it was GONE........I hope that Listia gets this taken care of in the next little while.....Once again, My most SINCERE apologies to you and to all who were bidding as well as watching.......
