According to my date converter it is actuaily a 1967 coin. From tht design on the other side I think that it is from Syrea.

drewahoward is correct about coin except for one thing, its 5 Piastres no Milliemes. Designs above and below the big "O" (which is what makes it "5" and not "10" (you can see what the 10 looks like in your 10 Piastres up for auction)) are different in the Piastres than in the Milliemes, which is the only difference i see to tell them apart.

Oh, and date is wrong, its 1387-1967. To see the actual coin, go here: http://www.ngccoin.com/poplookup/WorldCoinPrices.aspx?category=35793&worldcoinid=103500&FromSearch=true. To see a 5 Milliemes, go here, its not the exact date, but shows difference in designs on back of coin,in a Milliemes: http://www.ngccoin.com/poplookup/WorldCoinPrices.aspx?category=35785&worldcoinid=103487&FromSearch=true.

p.s., the date on the 5 Milliemes at the link above is what 1380-19660 would look like.
