You see what the card looks like and how it comes packaged, still sealed from the manufacturer. These cards were given out during the release of the first Pokemon Movie. Very Rare and hard to find still in packaging.
Will be mailed in a hard case in a regular envelope.

No, unfortunately the UK has a very undependable postal service, last time i shipped there (from ebay) the delivery confirmation said that it made it to the country but that was as far as they would track it, the buyer claimed they never got the package, and I was unable to prove they got it, so I had to refund their money and was out the item.
