has anyone heard anything from this seller since her reply 5 days ago? I tried messaging her (so it would send to her email and be more likely to get her attention) but no responce so far. I'm hesitant to bid because I've had credits tied up before in these cases and had to wait to get them back and that's a bit of a pain.

No it is not. The recalled ones were Infantino brand. I am not sure how old it is. My friend who has an 18 month old gave it to me unused. She got it new, but never used it. I never had any problems with it, and like I said in the description my daughter and I both loved it! :)
