These are brand new without tags - unused leftovers from a photoshoot my daughter worked on, and she's promised to bring me more!

There's a reinforced cutout (see pictures) to put your thumb through, and one large reinforced cutout for hand (just below fingers). Then you can "wad it up" along your wrist, or stretch it out to above your elbow. They're made of stretchy nylon, and one size fits most. They go through washer and dryer fine - they "shrink" down, but they stretch right back out on your arms again.
