Essentially? I suppose. Torrid has their own sizing system that goes 0,1,2,3,4 etc. I believe that a 0 is 14-16, 1 is 16-18, 2 is 18-20, 3 is 20-22, 4 is 22-24 etc. so on and so fourth :) Hope that helps!
