Im sorry I dont understand the question. It is a bag made to hold fishing rods with the reels in. No it does NOT have a strap for carrying. I don't travel anywhere I would need a bag. I am a life member of the North american fishing club.

It should, but It will depend on how long the rods are. i have never used it and it was for the rod and spinning reel that I was sent along with the bag. i hope this helps
