This is a 4g (5mm or 3/16") Tapers with Tunnels Set, very pretty. The ruler is for showing the size to help those feel more comfortable with bidding if need be :)This item isn't new, but it has never been worn before. It's just really old. I bought it years ago but lost it so I got another set of tapers before I found this one. So I've never worn these items.
The tunnels have some white discoloration on them, it isn't dirt or anything I think it's just old and the color is fading. I have washed them both but the color remains, sorry.
