is the scratches on the phone a case or is it damaged ? does it work ?

Yes the phone works. I'll never put anything up that does not work. The case is fine. It has a protective sticker on it. There are only signs of daily usage but over all the phone is in good condition.

its a good touch phone. the photos in a text msg was my only concern. i had problems w t-mobile and switched to verizon. thats why im putting the phone up. other than that its a good phone

No no keyboard outside it has a pop up keyboard in the phone. It's only touch
