Here is a pretty little stretch band waist pink princess tutu with pink stars on the bottoms of the tulle. It is such a cute little tutu that several ages can wear it because of the stretch waist band. I would say from a 2T all the way up to a Juniors 7-9 as thats what I wear and I can get one around my waist lol yes it looked a little spaced out apart with the tulle and stars but it still looked like a tutu haha. but the smaller your little princess is the fuller it will be. it is a dress up model tutu so let your little princess have fun.
Bonus for GIN is- 2 pink tutu's for your little princess and Mommy or BFF or even little brother or daddy! HA HA I can see that a great little tea party with all the bling,Princess and Daddy in their tiaras and tutus lol. what a site.

lol see I knew someone out there would know exactly what I was talking about ha ha... My girls when they were pre teens would get my husband(their step dad,well they think of him as their real dad) to let them put like a hundred pig tails in his hair at once and put make up on him lol. quite the looker he was ha ha

hunny, it will fit those sizes I said but I in no way stated that at your size the TuTu would be as full as it is in the picture,the pictures fullness is for a size 4t,of course as this stretches out the pieces of Tulle will seperate and so the effect will go down. I dont understand why people do not read the words other write? does this take a rocket scientist to figure out that yes it is an elastic band but the smaller it is the fuller it will appear and the larger you are it will stretch out and just look like a piece of elastic band with pieces of tulle attached here and there? GO Figure? roflmao
