they say somthing but all i can read visibly is it starts with P then a buch of letters and ends with R but the other letters are faded and i cant read it

Any idea of the age? Is the chain a match to the holder? The holder is absolutely lovely! Are the markings that start with P on the scissors or the holder? Thanks in advance for the info!
