The listing, HP 17" LCD FLAT SCREEN MONITOR~NOT WORKING has ended.

Used HP 17" LCD flat screen for desktop computer. I bought this on Ebay, and after hooking it up, it would flash on, then nothing. Seller refunded my money, and said throw it away. So, if anyone knows how to fix these things, feel free to bid.
