so this is a soap and the topping is a bubble bath? or the whole cupcake is a quick dissolving bubble bath? What's the weight?

Yes. It's a bubblebath topping with rose petals and glitter. The base is glycerin, which dissolves in one use. The weight is (approx) 4.5 oz. Thanks for your comment. I also have bubble bath heart shape tablets. They are a light berry scent. Thanks for your interest.
