2001 apple computer ibook . Designed by apple in California .assembled in Taiwan .model number M6497,óp rated 24vdc 1.875 maxi....it has some scratches and does not stay closed. I ordered it on amazon and never got around to returning it. I have not used it but I did turn it on to see if it worked. It does come with a charger and an adapter

I'm really not sure...I do not remember there being any insurance charges ... My boyfriend is a packer at Yachad Clear Bags . He said he would package it up and ups would deliver it... So when he is on his break I will text him about all that.

becca, you can't hook up to the Internet because you aren't in a hot spot. With WiFi you need to be within range of the signal. There is nothing wrong with you or the computer. You are just out of range, much like being out of range of a radio station. If you have a Starbucks or a local hotel that will allow you to test the connection (with permission), you will find out that the MAC works fine.

How much did u pay for the computer? For insurance purposes only. Just to let everyone know that computers DO NOT go in Media Mail. If u do that they will charge u when they deliver the package.
