Awesome American Eagle little summer black dress. V front and V back, empire waist, adjustable tie straps. This is perfect for throwing on over a bathing suit for the beach, or dressing it up a little for a night on the town. Size large. Any weird spots you see are from my wonky camera, the dress itself is in awesome shape with no rips, spots or tears.
I ship for FREE within 2 business days of auction's end. I don't refund credits or accept returns. We are a smoke-free home. We have a puppy but he doesn't smoke either. Thanks for looking!

Whoops - it comes to the top of my knees. The shoulder ties are adjustable though so the length can also go up or down by a few inches. Hope that helps! :)

I'm tempted to say both - the empire waist is stretchy, the dress has a bit of stretch, and the straps can be tied to fit. I'm usually an 8 at American Eagle but wear xl shirts because of my monstrous shoulders ;) Hope that helps and good luck if you bid!
