Happy 4th of July everyone! In honor of this holiday, I will be listing several auctions today that are worthy of fireworks:)

This auction is for a lovely green jade bangle bracelet set in sterling silver (925) and a pair of jade and pearl pierced earrings with 14k posts.

The bracelet is square in shape and the opening for your wrist is round. The diameter of the opening is 2 3/8 of an inch. It is 8 mm in width. The clasp is marked 925 and has a security chain to help keep it on your wrist. The clasp closes nice and tight. There is no wear to the gold plating and is in excellent condition. The bracelet weighs appx. 22.8 grams.

The earrings are not a true match to the bracelet, but they look nice together. They are in the shape of a leaf with a single round pearl accent. They measure 15 x 10 mm. One of the 14k earring backs are missing, I have replaced it with a non-14k back (sigh, I am always losing earring backs). They are marked 14k on the back of the earrings. They weigh appx. 2.3 grams. The green of the jade in the earrings is a slight touch more olive in color than the bracelet.

I am also offering free shipping to Canada via USPS First Class International. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IT MAY OR MAY NOT TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS (my last Listia item to Canada took 11 days, I've sent stuff to my cousin in Toronto, and it has taken anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks). Great Auction now would this be rael jade are thier any paper work on the jade as real jade they say if you burn it ever so lghtly and the mark comes off then its real if the mark stays its not real as i have a buda man and he is real jade and did yu know that jade comes in more then three colors 1 being white 2 beig green 3 being red/also i believe 4 being white i always talk to my jewer as i like to get a little enucated on my jwerely as i buy so much of it

I never knew about the burn trick! I tried it on the bracelet, and it comes off. I did not try it with the earring b/c I'd probably burn myself lol. Both items are cool to the touch like jade is. I do not have any paperwork on the pieces. That is interesting info about the different colors!
