Um First it's not an A/C adapter.. Second this is used to plug into the back of the Original version of the XboX 360 so you can have digital surround sound or L/R stereo if your receiver doesn't have an HDMI input. The connections on this are 1. TosLink output 2. RCA Left and Right Output channels. This is only to be used if you are using an HDMI connection through your XboX. @Texas210 Yes you can use this with Turtle Beaches.
