Yes it can.the clip holster and gun holster can be switched from left to right.

It is pretty adjustable as far as calibur and frame. i have carried a .380 and a .45 in it. hope this is helpful.

i have the snub nose 357 and most holsters its too short to seat properly... thoughts on this holster?? ty

To be honest this holster will not likely fit that handgun. as you said it would be to short. wouldn't want you to buy something that you can't use.
