THESE SHEARS ARE SO PRETTY. THEY HAVE TIES ON THE TOP FOR THE ROD BUT YHEY DONT TIE TO THE ROD, THEY HAVE A SMALL HOLE IN EACH ONE THAT GOES ON THE ROD.

THE COLORS ARE PINK, ORANGE, GREEN, BLUE, AND PURPLE.
