Absolutely Beautiful! Soap Stone Sculpture, There are two monkeys in what appears to be a tug of war, some type of dog? two birds, two vases and a third carved out area, i am not sure of age, this piece appears to be a light green with a burgundy rust color along with a darker grey along the bottom, i did not see any markings. The measurements for this piece are 9.5 inches long, 6 inches in height and 2 inches in width., I have no real info on its history, This is a very nice piece, quite active in design. there are several very small issues, very slight ear abrasion on the monkey, it can be seen in the pic. very small abrasion on the lower of the two vases. I think it is such a great piece, ive had it awhile, i got it at an estate sale, i didnt actually know what i was until i saw another one listed on this site. i just had it packed, time to let someone have it that has the room for it!

This is so much more beautiful than the floral one on this site. the carving isn't as rough. and the three flower containers, What a great look ! I Love it!!
