Description

The listing, Lowquat Tree has ended.

These trees live in zones 7-10. I believe the one I have is a Gold Nugget. It has anywhere from 1 to 6 seeds inside each fruit. The plants I have are 3 to 4 inches tall. This plant does not do well in climates were it gets below 28 degrees. The fruit is a plum like texture and is called the Chinese plum. The fruit is about the size of a apricot.

This auction is for a live plant if you want seeds I can look under my tree for them but I can't guarantee that they would sprout.

Not sure what zone I'm in. Do you think this would do good near the coast of SC? And how tall do they get? Thanks

I was thinking about you when I listed this. As long as it does not get below 28 degrees and this tree will be 15 to 30 feet tall

It is a wonderful tree that always gives you lots of good eating. I invite my neighbors over when it is full to take all they want and the birds and squirrels still have plenty

I hope you mom likes it. You can put it in a glass of water for a few days until it gets over the shock of being pulled out of the dirt.

She loves it. Already has it set out in a big flower pot for now and is doing great. Never wilted at all :)
