They r a size 10 i listed them as an 11 at first but it was a mistake i have changed it though & i got a by one get one 1/2 off and when i got them i realized the heal is too high 4 me!!! i really tall!! sooooooooo they have never even been tried on total new new new in the original packing on the shoes & box & shoe bag ect... thanks!! karen :))) ---deff--a 10!!
